In the meantime, Katelyn pursued her strength coaching passion on the side, working with the women’s basketball program as their strength and conditioning coach.

Katelyn has a passion for wellness and how exercise can impact physical, mental, and emotional health. Katelyn began working at THRIVE in 2019 and hopes to bring an enthusiastic approach to exercise based medicine to improve fitness, performance, and injury prevention.
